More About DN99
DN99 – More Than a Platform, This Is Our Community
When you ask about DN99, the straightforward answer is this: we are an online entertainment platform built by Malaysians, for Malaysians. But behind that simple answer lies a longer story — a story of how trust has been earned over seven years, one player at a time, one experience at a time.
Why Does DN99 Exist?
DN99's founders identified a significant gap in Malaysia's online entertainment market back in 2017. The foreign platforms available at the time did not understand local players' needs — customer support was slow or unavailable in Malay, payment methods were not suited to Malaysian users, promotions were irrelevant to the local context, and interfaces were difficult to use on the smartphones most commonly used in Malaysia. DN99 built to address all of these concerns.
We did not build a platform and expect players to adapt to it. Instead, we adapt to our players. That means supporting Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay before most other platforms did, providing an interface in Bahasa Malaysia, and training our customer support team to communicate in the languages Malaysian players are most comfortable with.
Responsible Gaming — More Than Just a Slogan
One thing that sets DN99 from many other platforms is our approach to responsible gaming. For us, this is not merely a compliance requirement to tick off on paper — it is a core value that shapes how we design every feature on the platform.
DN99 provides comprehensive self-control tools including daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, self-selected cooling-off periods, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion options if needed. We also work with local organisations that support individuals facing gambling-related issues. If you or someone you know needs help, our Responsible Gaming we provide resources and guidance that can help.
Our Commitment to Malaysian Players
Seven years in this industry have taught us something invaluable: players who are happy and feel respected are players who stay loyal. Not simply because of generous bonuses or a wide game selection — though both matter — but because they know that when something goes wrong, there is someone who genuinely cares and will help resolve it.
This is why DN99 invested so heavily in our customer support team. We're available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Malaysia Day, and every public holiday — with real people behind every live chat ready to help. Our average response time is under two minutes, and that's a record we're proud of.
Technology That Ensures Fairness
Trust starts with fairness. At DN99, all slot games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by an independent international audit body. This ensures every spin is truly random and free from any form of manipulation. For live casino games such as baccarat and roulette, all outcomes take place live in front of the camera — with a real roulette wheel and real baccarat cards — no software simulation that can be tampered with.
The Return to Player (RTP) rate for every game is information we disclose openly. This is part of our commitment to transparency — you have the right to know the real odds of any game before you decide to place a bet. Players who are well-informed make better decisions, and that is the outcome we want.
DN99's growing player community spans every state across Malaysia
