Common Login Issues and How to Resolve Them

Sometimes a minor issue can prevent you from logging in. Before reaching out to support, try these simple troubleshooting steps:

Forgot password: Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login form. Enter your registered phone number or email address and you'll receive a recovery link or code. Follow the instructions to set a new password. Choose something strong that you haven't used before.

Unrecognised phone number: Make sure you enter your phone number in the correct format — no "+60" prefix, just start with "0" (e.g. 011-12345678). If you've changed your phone number since registering and no longer have access to the old one, please contact support DN99 for the number update process through identity verification.

Account locked: If DN99's system detects unusual activity or repeated failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily suspended as a security measure. This is not a penalty — it's protection for your account. Contact customer support via live chat and they will guide you through the identity verification process to restore access.

Page not loading: Try clearing your browser cache or logging in via private (incognito) mode. If the issue persists, switch to a different browser or device to determine whether the problem is device-specific or something else.

DN99 Account Security After Login

Account security is a shared responsibility. DN99 secures the platform on the technical side, but you play an important role too. Here are the best practices we recommend to keep your account safe every time you log in:

• Always log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device
• Do not save your login credentials in a browser on any shared device
• Update your password regularly — every 3 to 6 months is a good habit
• Regularly review your login history and transaction activity to spot anything you don't recognize
• Never share your password or account details with anyone — the DN99 will never ask for your password through any channel
• Be cautious of any links or messages claiming to be from DN99 asking you to log in through them — always type dn99.link directly into your browser
